'A portrait of my child - once a week for a year' - Project 52 with Jodi.

It's tough to get a picture of a moving target! Especially when I have about ten minutes of daylight left by the time we get home after work. The littlest didn't like how cold his bare hands got in the snow. He loved the idea of throwing snow, but after a minute or two he started crying and shaking his hands. I am hopefully in Las Vegas when this post is published, where there should not be any snow in January. I'm looking forward to checking out many of the other Project 52 photos when I return. I was so inspired last week! It really made me interested in learning more about photography.

Haha! I feel your pain - it is SO hard to get photos when all they want to do is move around!

Enjoy your Vegas trip :)

Sometimes it is about capturing the moment rather then the best photos. I think you have done well. I did a photography course a few years ago when I got my new camera and learnt so much. It is great to put that into practise with this project.

What a cute kid! Oh for a bit of that snow at the moment- my girls are running around the backyard drenching each other with the hose in an attempt to stay cool. 40, 41 degree temps here! New follower from the blog hop, look forward to your 'cool' posts :)

Lovely snow pictures. He looks snuggly in his jacket even without gloves.
Have a beautiful week.
